Ameriabank has unveiled today a totally new proposal saying in a press release that it enables customers to pay for purchases through Visa Pay Sticker.
YEREVAN, December 10 /ARKA/. Ameriabank has unveiled today a totally new proposal saying in a press release that it enables customers to pay for purchases through Visa Pay Sticker. This service can be used from December 10, it said, adding that this is actually the first such service offered by an Armenia-based bank.
"Visa Pay Sticker is an adhesive contactless card label attached to the main Visa Electron payment card, which allows making contactless payments and purchases by using Visa Pay Wave device. One needs only to stick it to the smartphone, purse or other personal item and make purchases and payments quickly and conveniently," the bank said.
The bank said that one person and even one main payment card may have more than one contactless card labels.
The label has its own PIN code, which is required to enter when making a transaction / payment in the amount of 10,000 drams. Visa Pay Sticker has an option enabling making transactions / payments without entering PIN code five times a day. In case of loss of a label, it is necessary to block it. Visa Pay Sticker can be used both in Armenia and around the world.
