Armenia and Syria set to resume air communication

The Armenian government approved today the ratification of the agreement on air communication between Armenia and Syria, which was signed in Yerevan on May 14, 2021.
YEREVAN, February 17. /ARKA/. The Armenian government approved today the ratification of the agreement on air communication between Armenia and Syria, which was signed in Yerevan on May 14, 2021.
According to the Armenian government, the agreement aims to establish air communication between the countries and boost further international cooperation.
It says the ratification of the agreement will help ensure bilateral regular flights and boost bilateral economic ties. Armenia believes that the flights will enhance the visits by Syrian Armenians to Armenia, as well as visits by interstate, parliamentary and other delegations. --0--
