Armenia simplifies customs clearance procedures for express cargo

YEREVAN, February 4. /ARKA/. The government of Armenia has approved today a decision simplifying customs clearance procedures for express cargo.

Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan noted during the Cabinet session that the decision was made on the initiative of the State Revenue Committee.

He said simplified customs clearance procedures for express cargo make exporters' life much easier.

According to the decision, before the introduction of the full-fledged electronic system of customs clearance and declarations for express cargo within the Eurasian Economic Union, Armenian exporters will receive the possibility of using simplified forms of express customs declaration for express cargo in paper form. –0--
