Armenia’s Ministry of Environment plans to legalize whitefish catching, but for its sale it will be necessary to pay a nature use tax and have a permit.
YEREVAN, March 10. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Ministry of Environment plans to legalize whitefish catching, but for its sale it will be necessary to pay a nature use tax and have a permit. The news was announced by Minister Erik Grigoryan.
He noted that the problems with whitefish are chronic. "A legislative package has been developed to regulate fishing issues. We will allow the legal fishing of fish, at the same time relevant changes are being made to the Tax Code to allow its sale. That is, everything that is subject to nature use tax should be documented." said the minister.
According to him, this will lead to a rise in price of whitefish. -0-
