YEREVAN, September 30. /ARКА/. Armenia's Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has found Veolia Jur water distrbution company administratively liable for two breaches of the Rules for the Provision of Drinking Water and Wastewater Services.

As stated by the regulator, Veolia Jur CJSC did not adhere to the 2025 water supply schedule for the village of Saralanj, which was published on the company's official website. Additionally, the company failed to respond within the required timeframe to 21 inquiries from the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).

Considering the violations identified during the administrative proceedings, the PSRC imposed a fine of 20 million drams on Veolia Jur CJSC (10 million drams for each infraction).

Veolia Jur CJSC, a subsidiary of the French firm Veolia Generale des Eaux, has been serving as the exclusive operator of water supply and wastewater services in Yerevan and various regions of Armenia since January 1, 2017 under a 15-year concession agreement.-0-
