YEREVAN, June 5. /ARKA/. A large Armenian-American steel plant is being built in the village of Yeraskh in Ararat region, Armenian Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan said in a Facebook post.

According to him, some $70 million will be invested in the construction of the plant

"The plant is being built from scratch. The height of the production workshop is 30 meters; the area is 16.5 thousand square meters. The plant will produce 180 thousand tons of products a year. It has employed 200 people and will hire another 800 once the plant is commissioned,’ he said.-0 –
