YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Director and founder of Zaqaryan Construction and Hez&Nez companies Edgar Zaqaryan spoke about the importance of networking for Armenian companies in the context of business growth and development in Arka Business program on ARKA news agency's Youtube channel.

"Networking contributes to business growth. It's a consolidation of opportunities which leads to trust, trust - to contracts, contracts - to business growth," he said.

Zaqaryan said networking can result in emergence of equity companies that also bring together opportunities and business growth.

"One thing is the capabilities, knowledge and talent of one person, and another thing of a group of people. The same goes for working within a company. If in addition to collegial relations there is also networking in a company, cooperation at human level, it also leads to rapid growth of the company,' he stressed.

As an example Zaqaryan pointed out Japan, where the best employees are not just viewed as employees but as important people for the company. In this case, the company fulfills a certain parental role.

According to Zaqaryan, if Armenian companies move towards this model and localize some of its elements for the Armenian reality and mentality, they will also be able to move forward.

"In our company, we have colleagues, employees and friends. It will be good if partner relationships, and in some cases friendships is maintained in companies. It will have a positive effect on business," he said.
