YEREVAN, April 8. /ARKA/. The Inspectorate for Nature Protection and Mineral Resources of Armenia revealed a violation in the activities of Dream Rest LLC, operating in the Arzakan community of Kotayk region.

According to the inspection, the Arthurs Aghveran Resort hotel complex, owned by Dream Rest LLC, withdrew water from a natural source without the appropriate permit.

By the decision of the head of the Kotayk territorial inspection department, the illegal water intake was stopped, and the pipeline leading to the hotel territory was sealed.

An administrative fine was imposed on the director and a claim for damages was filed.-0-
