Armenia's State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has instituted legal proceedings against Global Shipping LLC (Globbing), Onex LLC (Onex) and Haypost CJSC (Ber-Ber service), it has emerged today.

YEREVAN, August 10. /ARKA/. Armenia's State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has instituted legal proceedings against Global Shipping LLC (Globbing), Onex LLC (Onex) and Haypost CJSC (Ber-Ber service), it has emerged today. These companies provide good delivery services.

The proceedings were instituted on the grounds of unfair competition and apparent misleading of the public.

According to SCPEC, the actual delivery time promised by these companies exceeds the listed time. -0-
