Thirteen Armenian winemaking companies are showcasing their products at the 25th international exhibition of food and beverages ‘Prodexpo 2018’, running from February 5th to 9th in the Russian capital Moscow.

YEREVAN, February 5. /ARKA/. Thirteen Armenian winemaking companies are showcasing their products at the 25th international exhibition of food and beverages ‘Prodexpo 2018’, running from February 5th to 9th in the Russian capital Moscow. The participation of the wineries was made possible with the support of the Armenian Viticulture and Wine Foundation.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, it is the second time Armenian winemaking companies are presenting their products in a single pavilion at the largest regional exhibition.
"Armenia-made foods and wines are in great demand in the Russian market, which accounts for bulk of export of Armenian wines," the executive director of the Armenian Viticulture and Wine Foundation Zaruhi Muradyan said. According to her, this exhibition is an excellent platform for winning new international markets.
Over 2000 companies from 62 countries are taking part in the exhibition. The organizer expects some 70 thousand people to visit it. -0-
