YEREVAN, July 12. /ARKA/. A guide of Russian wines presented by a prominent Russian sommelier Artur Sarkisian the other day in the Russian capital city Moscow has a separate section devoted to Armenian wines, Lenta.ru reported

"The Russian Wines Guide-2016 includes descriptions of 266 wines from 37 wineries. The previous edition had the descriptions of 104 wines from 29 producers.

Each wine in the guide provides detailed information about the manufacturer, varietal composition, the year of harvest, the alcohol content, the level of acidity and sugar, technical aspects of production, and also a brief organoleptic description.

A special sticker "Choice of the Guide" is placed on bottles of wine with an assessment above 85 points. Each sticker has a serial number, which can be used to get all the necessary information about a particular sample and its producer through a special application for iOS and Android. -0-
