The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan remained unchanged in January 2017, compared with December 2016, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan remained unchanged in January 2017, compared with December 2016, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reported on Tuesday.

The city’s Kentron (Center) district is singled out in the report for the highest average price – AMD 428,250 per one square meter, and Nubarashen for the lowest price – AMD 157,700.

The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in the country's provinces remained unchanged as well.

One square meter in apartment blocks in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia's popular resort, cost AMD 292,400 in January 2017 (the highest price) and in Dastakert and Shamlug AMD 8,000 (the lowest price). ($1 – AMD 48517). --0----
