Average prices for detached houses in Yerevan remained almost unchanged in January 2017, compared with December 2016, , the National Real Estate Cadastre reported on Tuesday.

YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. Average prices for detached houses in Yerevan remained almost unchanged in January 2017, compared with December 2016, , the National Real Estate Cadastre reported on Tuesday.
As many as 255 sale-purchase transactions were registered in Armenia in January 2017, of which 77 in Yerevan.
According to the report, the highest average prices were recorded Yerevan's Kentron (Center) and Arabkir districts – AMD 476,350 and AMD 383,200 per one square meter respectively, and the lowest prices in Nubarashen – AMD 150,800.
Tsakhkadzor, Armenia's popular resort in Kotayk province, with its AMD 305,000 per one square meter in detached houses, accounted for the highest prices in provinces, and Dastakert (Syunik province) and Tumanyan (Lori province) for the lowest price – AMD 11,610 and AMD 12,000 respectively.
