Azimut airline to operate flights from southern Russian cities to Armenia

Armenia International Airports CJSC, running Zvartnots and Shirak airports and Azimut Airline signed a cooperation agreement today in Yerevan.

YEREVAN, August 22. /ARKA/. Armenia International Airports CJSC, running Zvartnots and Shirak airports and Azimut Airline signed a cooperation agreement today in Yerevan.
Under the agreement the Azimut airline will start operating direct flights from the southern Russian cities of Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Stavropol to Yerevan. The maiden flights are scheduled for October 1, 2018.
The airline said flights from Rostov-on-Don and Stavropol will be operated three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. The one-way ticket cost from Rostov –on-Don is 29 euros, from Stavropol - 27 euros.
Azimut Airlines is a new air carrier in the South of Russia, based in the new airport Platov in Rostov-on-Don. It operates modern aircraft SSJ-100. -0-
