Best participants of Generation Ameria program will be hired by Ameriabank

Ameriabank is launching the updated version of the Generation Ameria 12 program with new approaches and innovative ideas.
YEREVAN, February 21. / ARKA /. Ameriabank is launching the updated version of the Generation Ameria 12 program with new approaches and innovative ideas.
"This program provides a unique opportunity to purposeful, creative and energetic young people who want to start their careers or consolidate their experience at Ameriabank," the bank said in a press release today.
The main goal of the program is to provide young graduates from 21 to 27 years old with the opportunity to study in a business environment and to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice. Program participants themselves choose what they want to specialize in- business, analytics or creativity.
“Young people who will pass the qualifying stages will be gaining practical knowledge for three months, and will get acquainted with the best practices of modern business using modern technologies. Applicants are required to have higher professional education, communication skills, creative thinking, a willingness to acquire and develop new knowledge and a sense of responsibility” the bank said. It added that participation in the project will be paid.
Upon completion of the program, young people who have best mastered the knowledge and experience in working for a bank will be given the opportunity to pursue a career at Ameriabank by switching to work in various departments of the head office and in its wide network of branches.
Since 2012, 11 Generation Ameria programs were carried out, as a result of which over 260 employees joined the bank’s team.
