Business Armenia launches new platform to ease attraction of foreign investments

A new platform to facilitate the attraction of foreign investment - http://armenia.eregulations.org/ -was launched in Armenia, the press service of the Business Armenia Foundation reported on Friday.
YEREVAN, June 3. /ARKA/. A new platform to facilitate the attraction of foreign investment - http://armenia.eregulations.org/ -was launched in Armenia, the press service of the Business Armenia Foundation reported on Friday.
It said the electronic platform was created with the funding of Austrian Development Agency in cooperation with Business Armenia and the United Nations Development Program
The platform is part of e-government program and is created as a tool to stimulate foreign investment. It presents 8 procedures for starting a business and entrepreneurship. Armenia joined this system in 2018.
In Armenia, as in the other 30 member countries, foreign investors are presented step-by-step with procedures necessary for registering property and acquiring resident status.
By the end of the year, 10 more procedures will be facilitated. The platform will be handed over to the government of Armenia, which will then be able to use it to facilitate an unlimited number of procedures for the attraction of foreign investment and business.--0--
