Business development platform #գործարա® launched in Armenia

A number of organizations showing assistance to the development of entrepreneurship in Armenia have established the Business Development Platform # Գործարա® (Do Business).
YEREVAN, June 21, /ARKA/. A number of organizations showing assistance to the development of entrepreneurship in Armenia have established the Business Development Platform # Գործարա® (Do Business).
Gevorg Poghosyan, the head of the Office for the Support of Entrepreneurship in Armenia, told ARKA news agency that the platform was launched in cooperation with the National Center for SME Development, the EBRD –financed Office for the Support of Entrepreneurship, the BSC Business Support Center and the Makichyan Consulting Firm.
He said in terms of its format the platform is unprecedented, offering new business opportunities, master classes, as well as mentoring support for new enterprises.
The platform is both for operating and start-up companies, which are ready to share their experiences, knowledge and advice.
Gevorg Poghosyan noted that the business platform consists of four segments. The first offers a discussion platform, where entrepreneurs can learn about current business developments and trends, as well as look into problems and their solutions.
The second segment offers business skills. Managers from various fields, both newcomers and experienced business representatives, will share their skills, successes, methods of overcoming obstacles, finding solutions and development.
Another part of the business platform offers assistance from mentors. According to Poghosyan, entrepreneurs with prestige and extensive experience in Armenia will choose several businessmen and help them throughout a year.
The last part of the platform is for business professionals who will answer questions from businessmen and also advise entrepreneurs if they have any problems. -- 0--
