The participants of the claim meeting in Tsakhkadzor will review contentious cases for cargo damages November 5-7, South Caucasus Railway company reports Monday.

YEREVAN, November 5. /ARKA/. The participants of the claim meeting in Tsakhkadzor will review contentious cases for cargo damages November 5-7, South Caucasus Railway company reports Monday.
Among the participants of the meeting are representatives from the railway administrations of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), the Baltic countries and Georgia. Eighty delegates are said to attend the meeting.
The meeting will review compensation claims for damaged freight that cause disputes between the railways of the aforementioned countries.
At the end of the meeting the Board of Arbitrators will make decisions unconditionally executable by railway administrations.
Since 1997 such claim meetings have been convened two times a year, and are usually held alternately by the railways in alphabetical order.
First CJSC "South Caucasus Railway" held the claim meeting in 2010.
South Caucasus Railways, a 100-percent subsidiary of Russian Railways, runs Armenian Railway.
Armenian Railways was handed over to the South Caucasus Railways on February 13, 2008 for 30-year concession management with a right to prolong the management term for other 10 years.-0-
