Closer to customer: Acba bank launches Business Tab (video)
YEREVAN, November 24. /ARKA/. Soon there will be no need to visit an Acba bank branch to apply for an agricultural or business loan.
The bank has launched a new application ‘Business Tab’, which can be used to analyze the applicant’s creditworthiness using a tablet and provide financing to him/her, who will not have to visit the bank, the bank's press service said today in a press release.
The bank continues to develop digital and innovative business tools, making banking services more convenient, profitable and faster for customers and partners. All in a matter of minutes.
"The Business Tab app is designed for bank employees, but it can be used to make life easier for customers. In general, our solutions are aimed at simplifying the communication between our clients and the bank, especially in the agricultural sector, so that the distance between the bank and the client is shortened," said Arsen Melkonyan, Deputy Director General of Acba bank.
According to him, with the help of Business Tab the clients are offered to have the analysis process without visiting the bank and receive the bank's decision on the spot without having to take a break from work.
Suren Hovhannisyan, Head of Planning and Management of Agricultural Products at Acba bank, said in turn that Acba bank's Business Tab application will make agricultural financing faster and more convenient. Farmers can use the saved time for their farms.
The bank unveiled the Business Tab app at a conference marking the five-year anniversary of creation of Earlyone that helps avoid lines and saves time in banks. Acba is one of Earlyone's first partners.
"We've been working with Acba Bank for a long time. Acba is one of our first customers who believed in the idea of Earlyone, and we were one of the first to create a ticket integrated into the acba digital app," said Earlyone CEO Gevork Safaryan.
The electronic contract is processed through Business Tab and after signing, the credit funds are transferred to the business account. Farmers, small and medium-sized enterprises will save a lot of their time by getting funding through the Business Tab app. -0-
