Construction of Dalan Technopark’s frame is approximately 80% complete

YEREVAN, October 14. /ARKA/. A major milestone has been reached in the construction of Armenia's first technology and business center, Dalan Technopark The two buildings were joined at the 15th floor, laying the foundation for the continued construction of the shared floors.
A reception was held at the Dalan Technopark construction site to present the achievements and provide information on the construction progress.
The event was attended by Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, as well as other officials, industry experts, clients, and partners.
The process of joining the sections is similar to the construction of a bridge, but differs in that it occurs within a single building frame, laying the foundation for the addition of subsequent floors. This foundation work is crucial, as it must support seven additional floors. There are currently no buildings in contemporary Armenian architecture that can boast such bold structural solutions, and the Dalan Technopark team proudly presents Dalan as a shining example.
Efficient process management is especially important when implementing large-scale projects.
"Efficient management of sequential processes is crucial at various stages of construction, and at this stage of the project, we can confidently say that we have achieved this," said Gohar Saghoyan, Director of 1SQ, the company responsible for construction management on the project.
The two parts of Dalan Technopark are now connected. Dalan is under construction, becoming one of Yerevan's main landmarks, shaping a new construction culture and creating entirely new concepts for the work environment in Armenia.
The groundwork for the construction of shared floors has been completed, and within a year, Dalan Technopark will be unveiled to the public not only as a remarkable structure featuring its unique architectural, engineering, and construction innovations, but also as a commercial space setting new benchmarks.-0-
