Czech Airlines to operate 2 or 3 flights a week to Yerevan

Beginning from 2016 May the Czech Airlines will be operating 2 or 3 flights a week to Yerevan , the Czech trade and industry minister Jan Mládek said today during a meeting with Armenian prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan.
YEREVAN, February 12. /ARKA/. Beginning from 2016 May the Czech Airlines will be operating 2 or 3 flights a week to Yerevan , the Czech trade and industry minister Jan Mládek said today during a meeting with Armenian prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan. He said the decision to resume flights was prompted by growing demand.
Abrahamyan was quoted by the government press office as saying that the Armenian-Czech business forum taking place in Yerevan now will reveal the possibilities for developing bilateral relations and identifying new areas of cooperation.
According to him, it is important for Armenia to enhance relations with the Czech Republic in various fields of mutual interest.
Mládek said about 30 Czech entrepreneurs have arrived in Armenia to take part in the Yerevan forum. According to him, they are interested in the implementation of various investment programs together with Armenian partners, including in the energy sector.
During the meeting the sides also discussed issues related to Armenia-EU relations. Mládek stressed that the Czech Republic is ready to contribute to the deepening of cooperation between Armenia and the EU, as well as the liberalization of visa regime.-0-
