Under an agreement, concluded between Yeremyan Projects and Sil Insurance company, the employees of Yerevan Projects are provided with a luxury package of a wide range of healthcare services. Each insured employee can claim for a compensation up to 7 million drams annually. Their insurance policies are valid also in all medical institution in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
As part of the package, the employees of Yeremyan Projects have access to the services of the best specialists of advanced medical facilities. The call center of the insurance company is available to all employees of Yeremyan Projects 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
David Yeremyan, the Chief Executive Officer of Yeremyan Project, noted that since its inception, the company has been providing local, one-time support to its employees. “Ensuring favorable work conditions and the good health of employees have always been in the focus of our attention. We initiated this program, which by its terms and scope of services best meets our requirements. As an employer, we are responsible for our employees,” Yeremyan said.
Armine Melkonyan, the Executive Director of Sil Insurance Company, welcomed Yeremyan Projects' decision. “We appreciate our partnership with Yeremyan Projects, which is an articulate example of responsible business in Armenia and a display of care, respect and appreciation of employees,” she said.
The insurance package provides each employee of Yeremyan Projects with the opportunity to undergo a preventive medical examination annually, receive inpatient treatment, and use outpatient services.
The health insurance program includes partial or full coverage of the costs of neurosurgical, dental, vertebrological, cardiological, angiological, ophthalmologic and oncological services, pregnancy and obstetric care, as well as expenses for luxury wards and medications prescribed by doctors.
