YEREVAN, July 14. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Food Safety Inspectorate inspected the Hin Aparan LLC dairy production facility and found serious violations. The production of certain products has been banned.

Laboratory examinations revealed discrepancies regarding the presence of coliform bacteria and the ratio of methyl esters of fatty acids of milk fat (palmitic (C16:0), lauric (C12:0), stearic (C18:0), oleic (C18:1), myristic (C14:0), and linoleic (C18:2)) in "Sour Cream 20%" and "Farm Cheese 18%," indicating possible falsification of the composition.

Additionally, the "Chanakh" product (a salted cheese substitute made with milk fat) did not meet the standards.

Additionally, the production of "Butter 82.5%," produced by the same company, had been previously suspended due to exceeding the permissible level of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms. A repeat inspection showed that the violations had not been eliminated.

A deadline was set to eliminate the violations, and an order was issued to seize, recall from the market, destroy, or dispose of the aforementioned products. -0-
