YEREVAN, January 14. /ARKA/. Entities that have failed to fulfill their customs obligations because of the closure of Stepantsminda-Lars and Nonotsminda-Bavra roads will not be penalized, the press office of Armenia's finance ministry reported today.

The road department of Georgia's infrastructure ministry has informed Armenia's transport and communications ministry that the two roads are closed because of heavy snowfalls.

Taking into account the mentioned circumstances, the Armenian finance ministry says that if those entities transporting goods and vehicles through the customs border who failed to fulfill their customs duties because of closed roads appeal to customs agencies, they won't be penalized. ---0----
