Exports of Armenian apricots is up 150%

Some 101,492 tons of fruits and vegetables have been exported from Armenia as of today, up from 56,856 tons in the same time span last year.
YEREVAN, July 11. /ARKA/. Some 101,492 tons of fruits and vegetables have been exported from Armenia as of today, up from 56,856 tons in the same time span last year.
More precisely, 44,131 tons of apricots were exported, up from 19,525 last year, the Ministry of Agriculture reported. It said when compared to the same time span previous year, exports increased by 44,636 tons or 78.5%.
The bulk of exports - 94,862 tons- went to Russia. The rest went to France, Belarus, Iraq, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Belgium, Romania, Kuwait, Qatar and the USA. -0-
