Hovhannes Manukyan, former justice minister, thinks Armenia’s laws that regulate gambling and drawings need amendment.

YEREVAN, November 4. /ARKA/. Hovhannes Manukyan, former justice minister, thinks Armenia’s laws that regulate gambling and drawings need amendment.
He said on his Facebook page that after issuing a retarded but very important decision implying private parking and road radars management handover to the government, it is necessary to embark on gambling and drawing legislation.
Manukyan finds it necessary to pay attention not only to taxation of this segment, but also to its economic role and significance, especially in the context of tourism development, social life and territorial development.
In his opinion, reasonability of setting the government’s monopoly on some elements of this segment should be considered carefully as well. -0---
