Things changed in Gazprom Armenia after Russia increased its natural gas price for Armenia, and the company is already “counting pennies”, 168 Zham reported on Thursday.
According to the media source, meetings were held yesterday at the company’s all offices, where it was said that Gazprom Armenia is operating now with losses.

YEREVAN, January 31. /ARKA/. Things changed in Gazprom Armenia after Russia increased its natural gas price for Armenia, and the company is already “counting pennies”, 168 Zham reported on Thursday.
According to the media source, meetings were held yesterday at the company’s all offices, where it was said that Gazprom Armenia is operating now with losses.

The company has to introduce a new scheme of inspectors’ work until the negotiations between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin are over and the final price is set.
The new scheme implies revision of the list of customers and removal of those who failed to pay for the consumed gas from it, if they fail to repay the debt completely.

This warning mostly applies to those gas consumers who pay via TellCell payment system and round down their bills. -0---
