YEREVAN, December 2. /ARKA/. Russian Gazprom’s Board of Directors at a meeting on December 1 decided to acquire the additional issuance of shares by its subsidiary Gazprom Armenia, worth 2.5 billion rubles. According to Russian TASS news agency, Gazprom Armenia will issue a total of 3,372,843 shares.

Gazprom Armenia is the 100% subsidiary Gazprom. It deals with transportation, storage, distribution and sale of natural gas, reconstruction and expansion of the gas transport system and underground gas storage facilities. -0-
