Government awards customs privileges to two companies
YEREVAN, November 25. /ARKA/. The Armenian government awarded customs privileges to Bialka LLC, a cheese and butter producing company at a session on Thursday.
Under the governmental decision, the import of raw materials worth AMD 3bln will be exempted from customs duties. This amounts to 450 million drams.
The company was founded in 2015 and intends to establish production in Yerevan. It plans to create 20 new jobs with an average salary of 150 thousand drams.
Customs privileges were awarded also to Nikola International Armenia LLC, which produces canned olives. It plans to invest 4.4 billion drams in the import of raw materials. The amount that will be exempted from customs duties is 656 million drams.
The company, founded in 2002, operates in Kotayk region. More than 80% of the produced goods are shipped to Russia. It will create 31 new jobs with an average salary of 180-200 thousand drams. ($1 - 395.29 drams). --0--
