Inecobank opens new modernized branch in Yerevan

The Yerevan-based Inecobank opened August 1 a new modernized branch in downtown Yerevan called Cascade.
YEREVAN, August 2. /ARKA/. The Yerevan-based Inecobank opened August 1 a new modernized branch in downtown Yerevan called Cascade. The design of the branch, its equipment and servicing features are all aimed at changing the culture of relationship between the bank and its clients. The new branch is located in one of the most crowded places in Yerevan, at 2, Baghramyan Avenue.
The opening ceremony was attended by the bank’s managers, clients and guests. The guests were shown the branch, equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment and other devices to ensure a convenient customer service.
In particular, the branch is equipped with an electronic queue management system, a convenient service hall, automatic self-service equipment, which accepts cash, loan and utility payments. For clients who visit the branch with children there is a special playing area for them where they can play games while their parents carry out banking operations.
For over 22 years Inecobank has been offering high-quality services both in the digital area and at its branches, servicing more than 400,000 customers. With only eight employees the new branch offers the full range of banking services designed for individuals - lending, accepting deposits, opening and managing accounts, provision and servicing of bank cards, acceptance of payments and money transfers.
"The Bank always strives to exceed the expectations of its customers, emphasizing the demands of each client, constantly improving the quality and terms of services. According to him, because of this occasion, the bank offers its clients a number of benefits. In particular, from August 1 to October 31 opening of accounts for individuals will be free, no commission will be charged for the first year of servicing MasterCard Standard and Visa Classic debit cards, and mortgage loans will be issued at a fairly low rate.
