Intelligent Management Holding Announces First Bond Issue with Ameriabank acting as Underwriter
YEREVAN, December 12. /ARKA/. Intelligent Management Holding, the founder and managing company of EFES Insurance Company and Vardanants Innovative Medical Center, announces the issue of registered coupon bonds in the amount of 1 billion drams and $2.5 million.
Ameriabank is the underwriter.
The bond placement will begin on December 15, 2025, and close on March 27, 2026 (or earlier if the entire issue is sold early). The par value of each bond is 100,000 drams or $100. The annual coupon rate is 11.9% for dram-denominated bonds and 7.9% for dollar-denominated bonds.
The coupon maturity period is semi-annual, and the maturity is 36 months. Intelligent Management Holding will use part of the proceeds from the bond issue to construct a modern, multifunctional health and longevity center, the Vardanants-Kirk Kerkorian Center, while the remaining portion will be used to refinance existing loans.
In connection with the bond issue, the company announces that this is the first entry into the Armenian capital market by a group comprising healthcare and financial sector companies.

Following the initial public offering, the bonds will be listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange, after which they will be available for purchase or sale on the secondary market.
