Investments of Armenia’s AZAD Pharmaceutical Ingredients AG export-oriented company total €3 million, the press office of the Armenian government reported on Monday.

YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. Investments of Armenia’s AZAD Pharmaceutical Ingredients AG export-oriented company total €3 million, the press office of the Armenian government reported on Monday.
On Monday, Hovik Abrahamyan, Armenian prime minister, got familiar with the company’s activity.
The company has already implemented the first stage of its program. In particular, five laboratories and auxiliary areas on the third floor of the first building have been repaired and equipped by laboratory devises brought form Germany.
Now 30 chemist researchers are working here with AMD 250,000 minimum salary and five research programs worth $2 million are being implemented to develop new drugs.
As a whole, the company has invested about €3 million in the development and intends to invest another €10 million in the next five years and increase the number of employees to 100.
The premier welcomed the company’s development programs and pledged governmental support to it. ---0---
