Iranian company to produce gas cylinders in Armenia

Iranian company Rad Sane Vashamir Group will invest 11 billion drams in the construction of a plant for production of composite gas cylinders in Armenia’s third largest town of Vanadzor, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Albert Babayan said at a government meeting on Thursday.
YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. Iranian company Rad Sane Vashamir Group will invest 11 billion drams in the construction of a plant for production of composite gas cylinders in Armenia’s third largest town of Vanadzor, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments Albert Babayan said at a government meeting on Thursday.
The government granted today the company a three–year VAT payment deferment for import of equipment.
Babayan said gas cylinders will be installed on cars fueled by methane. According to him, similar gas cylinders are produced also in the US, Europe and Pakistan.
He said the plant will be built in three years and create 112 new jobs with an average salary of 160 thousand drams. ($ 1 - 484.10 drams). -0-
