The largest shopping and entertainment center in Armenia “Dalma Garden Mall” will open in Yerevan on October 20, Public Affairs department of Tashir company reported to ARKA on Wednesday.

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. The largest shopping and entertainment center in Armenia “Dalma Garden Mall” will open in Yerevan on October 20, Public Affairs department of Tashir company reported to ARKA on Wednesday.

According to the source, Dalma Invest company, affiliated with Russia’s Tashir Group, invested $50 million into its construction. 

Dalma Garden Mall is the first and largest regional construction project that has an area of over 43.500 sq. m. The mall is located in a new perspective district of Yerevan in two kilometers from the Republic Square. 

Dalma Garden Mall is targeted at different age groups, as well as people with different monthly income. It unites major tenants of “Medium +” segment. The principal leaseholders of the shopping and entertainment center are ZARA, Marks&Spencer, Armani Jeans, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Kid’s Clothes. 
The visitors to mall can also enjoy the entertainment zone which includes bowling, Cinema Star, game zone for children. Over 80 shops, expanded food court area, Tashi pizza network are all located in the new mall in Yerevan.

Dalma Garden Mall plans organizing special events regularly, such as exhibitions, presentations, fashion shows, concerts. The mall also offers a parking lot for 700 cars.
“On the opening ceremony of the mall a number of Armenian popular singers, such as Reincarnation, Hasmik Karapetyan, Sofi Mkheyan, Emma Asatryan, Inga and Anush Arshakyan, Emmy, are expected to sing. The program M.C. will be Arsen Grigoryan,” according to the source.

Dalma Garden Mall is the 24th object in Armenia belonging to Tashhir Group, and the fourth in Yerevan. —0-
