YEREVAN, February 21. /ARKA/. A mausoleum of Urartian commander of the 8th century BC will be opened at Yeravan Mall in a month, director of Arkhangel architectural company Artak Knyazyan told reporters.
The mausoleum of the commander was found back in Soviet time: it has been restored and reserved by architects.
“We allow all visitors to see the mausoleum to get acquainted with the history of our country”, Knyazyan told reporters Thursday. This is also the reason for using elements of Urartian cuneiform in the mall interior.
The Yerevan Mall will be officially opened on February 21. The construction of the mall cost about 50 million dollars. –0—
