Nanman LLC to invest 59.6 million drams in output expansion

The Armenian government at a meeting on Thursday granted Nanman LLC a set of customs privileges for the import of raw materials and equipment worth 48 million drams because the company has promised to invest 59.6 million drams in the expansion of garment production.
YEREVAN, October 19. /ARKA/. The Armenian government at a meeting on Thursday granted Nanman LLC a set of customs privileges for the import of raw materials and equipment worth 48 million drams because the company has promised to invest 59.6 million drams in the expansion of garment production.
According to deputy minister of economic development and investments Tigran Khachatryan, duty free import of raw materials as part of the company’s investment program carried out in a priority sector.
‘In particular, the company plans to create new jobs and implement new investments," Khachatryan said.
The company’s output is supposed to reach 91 million drams, of which about 47 million drams worth goods will be sold in Armenia, about 40 million drams worth goods in Russia and some other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, and about 4 million drams in EU member countries.
The deputy minister recalled that this company will be granted this benefit for the third time, thereby gradually expanding its own production. The previous benefits were granted in 2016 and earlier this year. ($ 1 - 481.73 drams). -0-
