The press office reports that in January 2020 Grant Thornton Armenia has formed a unified Board of Governors and Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has been elected as the Chairman of the Board. Armen Hovhannisyan has been appointed as the CEO of “Grant Thornton” CJSC, Gurgen Hakobyan and Hakob Tadevosyan have been re-appointed as the CEOs of “Grant Thornton Consulting” CJSC and “Grant Thornton Legal & Tax” LLC respectively.
Gagik Gyulbudaghyan has held different leadership positions with Grant Thornton’s Armenian member firm for over 20 years and is currently also member of Grant Thornton International’s Board of Governors.
