The Armenian government decided Thursday at its regular meeting to alienate the territory of the building of the former sports school that is located in Yerevan’s Nar Dos Street for building a new hotel.
YEREVAN, June 28. /ARKA/. The Armenian government decided Thursday at its regular meeting to alienate the territory of the building of the former sports school that is located in Yerevan’s Nar Dos Street for building a new hotel.
Territorial Administration Minister Suren Papikyan, presenting the project at the meeting, said that the building has not been used for long and it is badly dilapidated. Therefore, Atlantic Group LLC has presented an AMD 5-billion project of construction of multi-function hotel complex.
The hotel construction is planned to be completed in August 2021. --0---
