YEREVAN, December 15. /ARKA/. Armenian government at a meeting on Thursday approved an investment project designed to build Nork residential complex in the town of Armavir, estimated to cost AMD 31.9 billion.

The investment project was presented by Arstor LLC. The land plot with a total area of 4.645 hectares is currently in an abandoned state. The government allocated it to the company since its use for any other purposes is not envisaged.

The company pledged to create 400 new jobs. After completion of construction, new jobs will be created to service the residential complex, the government said.-0-
