Oleg Smirnov is a new head of VTB Bank (Armenia) Board, the bank’s press office reported today. It said Oleg Smirnov has been working for VTB Group since November 2018.
YEREVAN, May 21 / ARKA /. Oleg Smirnov is a new head of VTB Bank (Armenia) Board, the bank’s press office reported today. It said Oleg Smirnov has been working for VTB Group since November 2018.
He is a member of its Board of Directors, where he is responsible for the international retail and digital businesses, customer service, retail network management, car loans and mortgages.
Oleg Smirnov was born in 1975. He is a graduate of the Ural State Economic University and the Higher School of Economics and has a degree in economics. He held senior positions in Sberbank of Russia. From 2007 to 2012 he was head of Sberbank in Kazakhstan. In November 2018, he joined the VTB Group.
CJSC VTB Bank (Armenia) became a member of the international financial group VTB in l 2004. Currently, the second largest Russian bank owns 100% of VTB Bank (Armenia). -0-
