Over 25 international brands represented in Dalma Garden Mall in Yerevan

Over 25 famous international brands are for the first time represented in the new largest shopping and entertaining center in Armenia Dalma Garden Mall, which opened in Yerevan on Saturday, Dalma Invest and Dalma Garden Mall head Edgar Khachatryan said.
YEREVAN, October 22. /ARKA/. Over 25 famous international brands are for the first time represented in the new largest shopping and entertaining center in Armenia Dalma Garden Mall, which opened in Yerevan on Saturday, Dalma Invest and Dalma Garden Mall head Edgar Khachatryan said.
“In total, the center has 70 boutiques, and just very few of them represent Armenian brands,” Khachatryan told journalists. The complex unites major renters of “Medium +” segment. The price policy makes it possible for any buyer to find what he/she can afford.
Khachtryan also said in the future the center will have a number of interesting entertaining centers.
Particularly, six cinemas, and a large entertaining center, are currently being constructed, and will be commissioned approximately in two months.
Tashir Group plans opening a number of other shopping complexes in Armenia in the near future.
On his turn, a representative of franchise brands at Dalma Garden Mall Jerry Waters said, as of now he represents 24 famous international brands in Armenia, and plans to open another 20 in the near future in the republic.
He noted that he had managed to explore the Armenian market, and selected the brands popular with all 9 million Armenians living worldwide.
On his side, an executive director of Inditex Group company is Saudi Arabia, Central Asia and Caucasus, representing specifically ZARA brand, Yassine Sibari said it is the first time ZARA has entered Armenia.
According to him, ZARA has three representative stores in the South Caucasus, one of them is located in Georgia, two- in Baku.
Sibari highlighted that Yerevan’s boutique will have the same fashionable collection, which can be bought in all ZARA stores worldwide: in London, Madrid, Barcelona.
He added that ZARA brand was established in 1975 in Span, and currently there are nearly 6,000 branches of Inditex Group in over than 80 countries.
Dalma Garden Mall is the first and largest regional construction project that has an area of over 43.500 sq. m. The mall is located in a new perspective district of Yerevan in two kilometers from the Republic Square.
Dalma Garden Mall is targeted at different age groups, as well as people with different monthly income. It unites major tenants of “Medium +” segment. The principal leaseholders of the shopping and entertainment center are ZARA, Marks&Spencer, Armani Jeans, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Kid’s Clothes. -0-
