Average market prices for single-family detached homes in Yerevan remained unchanged in February, compared with the previous month, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
YEREVAN, March 31. /ARKA/. Average market prices for single-family detached homes in Yerevan remained unchanged in February, compared with the previous month, the Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
Some 358 sale-purchase transactions with single-family detached residences were registered in Armenia in February, of which 109 in Yerevan.
According to the report, the highest average prices for single-family detached homes in Yerevan were recorded in Kentron (Center) and Arabkir – AMD 476,100 and AMD 383,000 per one square meter respectively, and the lowest price was recorded in Nubarashen – AMD 150,800.
The lowest average price for single-family detached homes in province was recorded in Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk province) – AMD 305,000 and the lowest prices in Dastakert (Syunik province) and Tumanyan (Lori province) – AMD 12,000. ($1 – AMD 481.67). --0----
