ProCredit Bank presented Friday a new service called "Personal business consultant," designed for Armenian customers who may have a personal advisor and a representative in the bank.

YEREVAN, May 21, /ARKA/. ProCredit Bank presented Friday a new service called "Personal business consultant," designed for Armenian customers who may have a personal advisor and a representative in the bank.
"We know that Armenian entrepreneurs are too busy running their businesses and do not have time to explore new banking procedures and products. Therefore, we offer the services of personal business advisors who will give advice on all types of banking services and offer those products and services that best meet their interests," the bank’s CEO, Asmus Totne, said during the presentation ceremony.
According to him, the consultant will act as the official representative of the client, who will no longer need to personally visit the bank for more information.
"For example, a business consultant can help choose the most convenient loan product. He or she will advise customers on how to manage their accounts without leaving their offices, and how to pay the salaries of employees within a few minutes," he said.
"I want to emphasize that the work of business consultants is not to sell more banking products, and they will not receive bonuses for selling an additional product," he added.
German ambassador to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt, who also was present at the ceremony, said it was equally important that by contributing to the development of small and medium businesses, the bank contributes to the development of Armenia’s economy, which is beneficial to it n the long run in terms of attracting new customers.
“ProCredit Bank is known in many countries as a reliable partner for small and medium-sized businesses," the ambassador said.
