Regulator allows Malatya fair in Yerevan to resume work

The fire inspection body of Armenian Urban Development Committee has allowed Rafael-Tatev LLC that runs the Malatya fair in the capital Yerevan to resume operation after the company has reportedly eliminated a string of 'problematic violations' of fire safety rules.
YEREVAN, February 8. /ARKA/. The fire inspection body of Armenian Urban Development Committee has allowed Rafael-Tatev LLC that runs the Malatya fair in the capital Yerevan to resume operation after the company has reportedly eliminated a string of 'problematic violations' of fire safety rules.
The fire inspection body said in a statement today that the 'immediate threat of fires has now disappeared and a clear timetable has been set for eliminating other breaches.'
On February 1, the owner of the fair committed to involve specialists of the inspection body to address those breaches of fire rules that had been detected earlier based on which the inspection body decided to close the fair. -0-
