The ex-owner of "Troika Dialog" Ruben Vardanyan and the founder of RD Group Gagik Adibekyan decided to divide their joint business, Russian daily ‘Vedomosti’ reports, citing its sources in business circles.

According to ‘Vedomosti’, the decision was made a few months ago after the partners appeared to differ in their views on the further development of the business and its management.
Vardanyan and Adibekyan are investors in the foundations managed by Avica Management Company, the company disclosed earlier. Its portfolio consists of assets worth more than $1 billion, including business center Romanov Dvor, located in the heart of Moscow, a share in the business center Vozdvizhenka (formerly Voentorg), in shopping centers " Seasons of the Year" on Kutuzov Avenue and Dream House on Rublevka, etc.
Avica also owns 50% in ECE Russland, which has recently replaced A& NN Retail of Alexander Mamut as the managing company of the Central Children's Store in Lubyanka. -0-
