Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) signed a memorandum on manufacturing a communication satellite for Armenia, Roscosmos head, Vladimir Popovkin, told a news conference today. He said the document was signed at an international air show in Farnborough, UK, Novosti Armenia reported citing RIA Novosti.

YEREVAN, July 9. /ARKA/. Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) signed a memorandum on manufacturing a communication satellite for Armenia, Roscosmos head, Vladimir Popovkin, told a news conference today. He said the document was signed at an international air show in Farnborough, UK, Novosti Armenia reported citing RIA Novosti.

“We have already signed a memorandum on the establishment of a communications satellite for the Republic of Armenia,” he told reporters on Monday.

The satellite for Armenia will be created by Russian JSC Information Satellite Systems.-0-
