Russian Saratov Airlines to operate flights to Yerevan

The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has allowed Saratov Airlines carrier to operate regular flights from the Russian city of Samara to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, samara.ru portal reported.

YEREVAN, June 7. /ARKA/. The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has allowed Saratov Airlines carrier to operate regular flights from the Russian city of Samara to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, samara.ru portal reported.
The airline is expected to operate two flights to Armenia a week. Earlier, another Russian carrier, Ural Airlines, announced the opening of regular flights to the Armenian capital, to be made once a week.
Saratov Airlines that combines the airport and the airline is one of the oldest airlines in the Middle and Lower Volga regions. Today, the airline operates both domestic and international flights to Europe, Asia and Africa. The company is the winner of the national award "Wings of Russia" in 1999, 2000 and 2006. -0-
