Some $50 million were spent on construction of Yerevan Mall, its chief manager Varzik Sekoyan, said today.
YEREVAN, February 20. / ARKA /. Some $50 million were spent on construction of Yerevan Mall, its chief manager Varzik Sekoyan, said today.
He said the mall is owned by three foreign companies and one Armenian. The latter is owned by Norayr Khachatryan. The official opening of the mall is on February 21.
According to the chief manager, Yerevan Mall will be the largest shopping center in Armenia on an area of 66,000 square meters, of which 33 thousand square meters have been leased to some 120 shops. He said the Yerevan Mall is built by European standards and has created about 200 new jobs.
"We believe that business can move forward due to correct service and good organization. We pay maximum attention to these components, we take into account European standards and have chosen a successful European management model,” he said.
The shopping center will house a large entertainment center, he said. -0-
