At the same time, the Civil Aviation Committee said that the Yerevan-Tehran-Yerevan flight, scheduled for January 10 by Armenia Airways will take place in accordance with the schedule.
"We urge people to refrain from spreading misinformation and follow official announcements. We continue to monitor the further development of events in the Middle East region," it said in a statement.
On January 8, the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia decided against suspending flights from Yerevan over the airspace of Iraq, Iran, the Persian and Oman gulfs following the crash of the Ukrainian Boeing-737 in Tehran.-0-
