VTB (Armenia) expands the network of Privilege customer service zones

YEREVAN, December 3. /ARKA/. The VTB (Armenia) has opened new Privilege zones designed for individual customer service, in its six branches - two in Yerevan, as well as in Vanadzor, Artashat, Abovyan and Kapan, the bank's press service reported.

For owners of the Privilege package, the bank's branches have a dedicated area where they can perform all banking operations: apply for a loan or deposit, open an account or card, set up online services and more.

"We launched a pilot zoning project in the bank's offices at the end of last year, prompted by high interest and desire of clients to receive individual services, maximum comfort and privacy. Thanks to the service, the portfolio of attracted funds, which is also shaped by wealthy clients, has grown by 14% over the past 4 quarters. Next year, we will continue to open dedicated zones in other offices of the bank,” commented Taras Kladchenko, Deputy CEO and Chairman of the Directorate of VTB (Armenia).

To purchase the Privilege package, one should open a deposit with the bank in the amount of 4 million Armenian drams or the equivalent in foreign currency for a period of at least six months. The service provides free servicing for one of the client's family members.
